A&B Tarp Motors is committed to providing reliable products and clear expectations regarding shipping, returns, and warranties. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns Authorization

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Customers must contact A&B Tarp Motors with their order number and reason for return to receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Timeframes

Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated. Items returned outside this timeframe may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within several business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may be subject to restocking, handling, or shipping deductions.

Restocking & Handling Fees

Restocking fees may apply depending on the product type. Standard stock items may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom or specialty products are non-refundable due to their made-to-order nature.

Custom & Modified Products

Custom-built or modified products cannot be returned or refunded. Any alteration or modification to a product voids applicable warranties and return eligibility.

Shipping Terms

All orders ship FOB from Slocomb, Alabama. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment leaves our facility.

Shipping Methods & Estimates

Orders are shipped using ground or freight carriers depending on size and weight. Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Freight & Delivery Requirements

Accurate shipping information, including company name, contact person, physical address, and phone number, is required to avoid delays or additional charges.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

A&B Tarp Motors is not responsible for carrier delays once shipments are in transit. Delivery timelines are subject to carrier performance and conditions beyond our control.

Shortages & Damages

All shipments should be inspected upon delivery. Any shortages or damages must be noted with the carrier and reported to A&B Tarp Motors within five (5) days of receipt. Failure to document issues at delivery may limit claims.

Warranty Overview

Many products include manufacturer warranties. Warranty eligibility requires proof of purchase and proper installation. Opening or modifying motors or gearboxes voids warranties.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims may require the product to be returned for inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty evaluation unless otherwise stated.
