Refund & Returns Policy

Returns (Non-Defective Items)

If you ordered the incorrect item, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is new, unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Custom & Special-Order Items

Custom-sized tarps and special-order items are generally non-returnable due to limited resale potential. Any exception is at the sole discretion of A&B Tarp Motors.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective or incorrect, notify us within 10 days of delivery. We may request photos or documentation. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping Damage

If an order arrives damaged, refuse delivery or note damage with the carrier and notify us immediately. Photos may be required.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns after 30 days, for installed or modified items, damaged items due to misuse, or shipping charges.

Warranties

We honor manufacturer warranties. Opening motors or gearboxes voids all warranties.
